Coils for control lines are typically made of stainless steel, duplex stainless steel or nickel alloys, including stainless steel 316L, duplex 2205 and 2507, nickel alloy 825 and alloy 625. coils can be welded and redrawn tubing or seamless cold drawn tubing. Control lines have very long continuous lengths of coils, which are typically packaged on coils wrapped around wooden drums or spools, or specific metal reels, encapsulations and PVC coatings can be used.
