Features of Wireline Outer Tube 825:
Alloy 825 is a highly corrosion-resistant alloy that finds applications in industries where resistance to various corrosive environments is essential. It is widely used in chemical process industries, acid production, pickling equipment, and pollution control equipment. Its excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion makes it a popular choice for critical applications. Alloy 825 can withstand highly corrosive environments containing phosphoric and sulfuric acids, nitric acid and nitrates, and reducing environments. Additionally, it exhibits good mechanical properties at cryogenic temperatures and moderately high temperatures up to 538℃.
